Warranty Terms
To be eligible for a warranty replacement:
Your replacement request must come within one year of purchase
Your Cove must be defective or malfunctioning (wear and tear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered)
To request a warranty replacement:
Contact the Cove Customer Care team within the Warranty Period
Return your Cove to us (postage paid by the purchaser)
Feelmore Labs will inspect the product and determine whether a warranty claim is valid under the Terms and Conditions
Replacement products may be new or refurbished at Feelmore Labs' discretion. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
