For optimal benefits, set the vibration intensity to the lowest level at which you perceive it. When using Cove, stronger intensity is not better. Our clinical studies have shown that using the lowest intensity level will maximize the benefits.
There are two ways to adjust the intensity.
During your session, you can adjust the intensity using the Cove app or the Vibration Strength Up/Down buttons on the left side of Cove.
You can also adjust intensity on Cove by tapping the Vibration Strength buttons on the left side. If Cove is paired with the Cove app, you will see the adjustments reflected in the session view.
