Cove purchases made from the Cove storefront are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with the Return Policy. When a return is requested, we will provide a pre-paid label you can use to return your purchase.

How long does a return take?

When we receive your return, it can take 1-3 business days to process. During this time, we inspect your return to ensure it meets the condition criteria, and includes all required accessories.

After inspection, we proceed with a refund (if eligible) to the same payment method used to purchase Cove. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed. It can take 3-5 more business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

In summary, once your Cove return is delivered to us, allow up to 8 additional business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

What if I don't see my refund after 8 days?

Please contact the Customer Care team. If the refund was already sent to your payment method, we can provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) that you can use when speaking with your bank or credit card provider.
