If you encounter unexpected behavior with your Cove, the Customer Care team may request you send your diagnostic data. This data is received by our engineers, who review and report back to the Customer Care team.

Submitting Diagnostic Data

Diagnostic data requires that your Cove be paired to the Cove app. To submit your data:

  1. While Cove is paired, navigate in the Cove app to Profile -> Cove device settings

  2. Tap "Send diagnostic data"
